Terms of service

These terms cover Chào, an AI receptionist for small service shops, and the page where people book a call with the Chào team. By making a shop, using a shop's chat, connecting an AI assistant or booking a call, you agree to them.

Who provides Chào

Chào is run by Fulin Labs, a trade name. Fulin Labs is not a registered company. Contact: giovannifulin@gmail.com.

The service

A shop owner enters the shop's services, hours and rules. Chào then runs a chat helper that answers guests and takes booking requests for that shop. The helper is an AI. It can be wrong, so the owner should read the bookings and the answers it gives, and fix the menu and the taught facts when something is off.

Depending on the shop's rules, a booking is confirmed at once or waits for the owner or staff to approve it. A waiting booking holds its time for a limited period and then is released. The booking is an agreement between the guest and the shop. Chào is not a party to it and does not provide the massage, spa or other service.

Owners

You are responsible for what you enter, for keeping the owner link secret, and for everything done with it. Anyone who has the link can change the shop. If the link leaks, tell us. We cannot show an owner link again, because we store only a hash of it.

AI assistants and keys

An owner can connect an AI assistant or make an API key so the assistant can list services, find open times and make real bookings for the shop. You are responsible for what you connect. A booking made that way counts as a booking made by a guest. Keep keys private, and remove a connection or key on the owner page when you no longer use it. We apply request limits to keys and connections and may block one that is abused.

Guests

Give a real name and a way to reach you. Do not use the chat to send spam, to book time you do not plan to use, or to disrupt the service. A shop or Chào may cancel bookings that break these rules.

Booking a call with the Chào team

The call page lets you pick an available time. A call is confirmed once you see the confirmation and receive the calendar invitation. Times are shown in your time zone. Use the link in your confirmation or invitation to cancel or reschedule, as early as you can.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chào to break the law, to attack or overload it, to try to get into another shop's data, or to send messages people did not ask for.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We may change or stop it at any time. An outage of Chào, the AI provider, a chat channel, Google Calendar or Google Meet can cause a missed booking or call.

Ending use

An owner can stop at any time by removing connections and keys. The privacy policy says how to ask for the shop's data to be deleted. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
